How Much Does House Cleaning Cost in Portland? (2026 Prices)

When you’re thinking about booking a clean, knowing the price helps you decide what fits your budget. I want that part to be easy.

Here’s a breakdown of my 2026 pricing at Rainflower Cleaning, including packages, optional extras, and recurring discounts. These are my rates for the Portland area, so you can see what to expect when you book with me.

How I Price Your Clean

For my Refresh, Signature, and Full Care packages, I use flat rate pricing based on the package, your bedroom and bathroom count, and any extras you choose. Studios start $30 lower than the 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom price on every package. Half bathrooms are a $35 add on, so count only your full bathrooms when booking.

You can see your price before booking. If your home needs something outside the usual package, I'll discuss the work and pricing with you before moving forward.

Hoarding and heavy clutter cleaning, Home Reset help, and Meal Prep help are priced hourly.

My Cleaning Packages

Refresh Clean: Starting at $129 (studio) / $159 (1BR, 1BA)

My Refresh Clean is for regular upkeep in a home that’s already being maintained.

The price starts at $129 for a studio, or $159 for one bedroom and one bathroom, with:

• $40 per additional bedroom
• $50 per additional bathroom

For example, a three bedroom, two bathroom home is $289, before optional extras or recurring discounts.

Signature Clean: Starting at $269 (studio) / $299 (1BR, 1BA)

My Signature Clean gives me more time for detailed cleaning, including baseboards, cabinet fronts, window sills, window track detailing, and buildup in kitchens and bathrooms.

Pricing starts at $269 for a studio, or $299 for one bedroom and one bathroom, with bedroom and bathroom charges of $40 and $50, respectively. For example, a three bedroom, two bathroom home is $429. Enter your home’s details on the booking page to see your total.

Window track detailing is included. Interior window glass cleaning is a separate add on at $7 per window.

Full Care Clean: Starting at $429 (studio) / $459 (1BR, 1BA)

My Full Care Clean offers more extensive cleaning for needs such as preparing a home for a move, including detailed trim and closet shelves. The inside of your refrigerator and microwave is included. The inside of your oven, inside cabinets and drawers, and interior window glass can be added on.

Pricing starts at $429 for a studio, or $459 for one bedroom and one bathroom, with bedroom and bathroom charges of $45 and $55, respectively. For example, a three bedroom, two bathroom home is $604. Your booking total will reflect your home’s details and selected extras.

Hoarding and Heavy Clutter Cleaning

This service is $75 per hour with a four hour minimum, making the minimum booking $300.

I'll talk with you before scheduling about the space, your priorities, and a realistic starting point. Photos can help me understand the work involved.

Hauling and off site disposal aren’t included.

Home Reset and Household Help

This flexible service is $50 per hour with a two hour minimum, making the minimum booking $100. It covers everyday tasks like laundry, dishes, tidying, and light organizing when you need an extra set of hands.

Meal Prep and Kitchen Help

This service is $50 per hour with a three hour minimum, making the minimum booking $150. I'll plan simple meals with you, cook and portion them in your kitchen, label everything, and leave the kitchen clean when I go. Groceries are purchased by you before the visit, or provided at cost with a shopping list approved ahead of time.

Discounts for Recurring Cleaning

If you’d like ongoing help, I offer these discounts beginning with your second visit:

• Weekly cleaning: 15% off
• Every two weeks: 10% off
• Every four weeks: regular pricing

New clients can use code WELCOME15 for 15% off their first cleaning (one per household, through December 31, 2026). I can help you choose a schedule based on how much help you need between appointments and what works for your budget.

Optional Extras

You can add specific tasks to your booking when you need them:

• Inside oven: $75
• Inside refrigerator: $50 (included with Full Care)
• Inside cabinets and drawers: $40
• Inside microwave: $20 (included with Full Care)
• Interior window glass: $7 per window
• Half bathroom: $35 per half bath
• Medicine cabinet refresh: $20
• Under sink cabinet clean out: $25
• Wall spot cleaning: $40 for up to 3 rooms, $10 each additional room
• Excessive pet hair: $30
• Laundry room refresh: $35
• Laundry: $15 per load
• Bed linen change: $15 per bed
• Back patio and front entry refresh: $35
• After party cleanup: $50 per hour (2 hour minimum)
• Plant care while you’re away: $20 per visit
• Home check in while you’re away: $25 per visit

Check what’s already included in your selected package before adding extras. If you’re unsure, just ask me to avoid duplicate work.

When a Personalized Quote Makes Sense

Sometimes a bedroom and bathroom count doesn’t tell me enough about the work you need.

If there’s substantial buildup, heavy clutter, or a specific project you’d like help with, send me a few photos and describe your priorities. I can help you decide whether a standard package fits or whether the job needs a personalized quote.

You don’t need to clean up for the photos. Seeing the space as it is helps me plan the work accurately.
