The short, honest version of how Rainflower Cleaning handles your information.
What I collect, and why
When you request a quote or book a clean, I collect what the job needs: your name, contact details, address, and details about your home. I use it to quote, schedule, and communicate about your cleaning, and nothing else.
Your photos
Photos you attach to a quote request, or text or email to me before your cleaning, are private. They are used only to plan your cleaning and prepare your quote, and are never published. The before and after photos on this site are a separate thing entirely: those are shared only with the customer’s explicit permission, and never with details that identify you or your address.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Square. Your card number never touches this website or my systems. I see only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
What I never do
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with marketers. Emails from me are about your quote, your booking, or offers you signed up for, and every marketing email has a working way to opt out.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number, I may text you about your quote, your bookings, and appointment reminders, and reply when you text me first. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third party.
