Bookings & payment
Online bookings reserve your arrival window with a deposit that goes toward your total; the balance is due after your clean. Reschedule free anytime with the link in your confirmation email. Cancel 48 or more hours before your arrival window for an automatic full deposit refund; inside 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable online — call or text and we will work it out together. Every clean is backed by our 24-hour re-clean guarantee.
SMS terms
By providing your mobile number on our booking or quote forms, or by texting our business number, you agree to receive text messages from Rainflower Cleaning about your quote, bookings, and appointments, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or contact us at (971) 451-3029 or [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at rainflowercleaning.com/privacy for how your information is handled.
