What does the guarantee cover?
If any area of your clean misses the mark, let me know within 24 hours of your appointment. I’ll return to clean that area again at no extra charge. I want you to feel happy with your clean and comfortable telling me if something needs another look.
How do I request a reclean?
Reply to your confirmation email, or call or text me within 24 hours of your appointment. Let me know what was missed, and I'll arrange a time to return and clean that area again at no extra charge.
Are you insured?
Yes, I carry insurance for my cleaning services.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No, I bring all the supplies and equipment needed for your clean. If you have preferred products for specific surfaces, let me know ahead of time and leave them out with instructions.
What should I do with my pets during the clean?
I love pets! Please keep them in a secure, comfortable spot away from the areas being cleaned, such as a separate room or their usual crate. Add their names and where they’ll be to your booking notes so I know what to expect.
