The 24-hour re-clean guarantee
What exactly is the guarantee?
If any area of your clean misses the mark, tell me within 24 hours and I'll come back and re-clean that area free. No forms, no debate — I want you thrilled, not just satisfied.
How do I claim it?
Reply to your confirmation email, or call or text me with what was missed. We'll set a time — usually within a day or two — and I'll make it right.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured. Your home is protected the entire time I'm in it.
Do I need to provide anything?
Nothing at all. I bring all supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products for certain surfaces, just leave them out with a note and I'll happily use them.
What about pets?
I love pets! For their safety and so I can give your home my full attention, please secure them during the clean — a crate, a closed-off room, or the yard all work great. Just let me know their names and where they'll be in the booking notes.
