Deposit, rescheduling & cancellation

  • Your deposit goes toward your total. The balance is due after your clean.
  • Reschedule free anytime with the link in your confirmation email.
  • Cancel 48+ hours before your arrival window for an automatic full deposit refund. Inside 48 hours the deposit is non refundable online, but call or text me and we’ll figure it out together.
  • If I can’t get into the home at the scheduled time, I’ll call you right away; if we can’t connect, it’s treated as a late cancellation.
