If your home feels overwhelming right now, you don’t have to explain or apologize before asking me for help. I can start with where things are today and talk with you about what would make your space more comfortable.

Maybe you’d like to use your kitchen again, clear a walkway, or have somewhere comfortable to sit. You don’t need to have the whole house figured out before I begin.

What Cleaning Together Looks Like

Before you book, I’ll talk with you about your home, what you need help with, and where you’d like to start.

You stay in charge of your belongings. I won’t decide what matters to you or throw things away without your permission. I'll sort through things with you, make room to work, and clean each area as it's cleared.

That might mean focusing on part of one room during the first visit. How much gets done depends on the space and how much sorting is involved. I'll set realistic priorities together with you.

How I Can Help

Depending on what your home needs, I can help with:

• Sorting and organizing with your direction.
• Bagging household trash and items you’ve decided to let go of.
• Clearing accessible surfaces and floors.
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
• Removing built up dust and grime.
• Working through the space over multiple visits.

Bagged items stay at the property for pickup. Hauling and off site disposal aren’t included.

You don't have to get everything done in one long day. I can plan separate visits and take the work one area at a time.

When a Specialist Is Needed

Some conditions fall outside the cleaning services I offer. I don’t handle biohazards, needles, significant animal waste, severe mold, or active infestations. Junk removal and transporting items off the property also require a separate service.

If something is outside my scope, I’ll explain that before moving forward so you know what needs to happen first.

What It Costs

Hoarding and heavy clutter cleaning is $75 per hour with a four hour minimum, so the minimum booking is $300.

I'll have a personal conversation with you before scheduling. A few photos can help me understand the space and discuss a realistic starting point with you.

You don’t need to tidy up for those photos. Seeing the areas as they are helps me understand what you need.

The time required will depend on the amount of clutter, access to the areas being cleaned, and how much sorting is involved. I’ll talk through those details with you before you book.
