Deposit, rescheduling & cancellation

  • Your deposit goes toward your total — the balance is due after your clean.
  • Reschedule free anytime with the link in your confirmation email.
  • Cancel 48+ hours before your arrival window for an automatic full deposit refund. Inside 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable online — call or text me and we’ll figure it out together.
  • If I can’t get into the home at the scheduled time, I’ll call you right away; if we can’t connect, it’s treated as a late cancellation.
